An Amazing View in Palos Verdes

We went to the job site in Palos Verdes to inspect the final digging for a deep sump pump system.

As we waited for the Principal of the construction company to come out we decided to take a video of the amazing view of the ocean that the property has to offer.  The video was taken using a new HTC Evo LTE phone.

Not only has the drainage been built properly, but the hole and complexity of where the pump will shoot the water out is no small feat.  The bottom of the pit for the pump will sit about 16 feet deep, which will have shoring and an excavator to get the Jensen Precast unit in the hole.  The workers had to dig out about five feet by hand as there are more existing lines running through the area than Dig Alert marked.  The workers had already uncovered some possible abandoned lines as well.
