Haul Route?

I didn’t realize it until tonight, but I think we are on the haul route for some project. I never drive down 11th Street so I don’t know what is over there. But whenever the street is open I seem to see hauling trucks driving down Flower and making a right on 11th after 9pm. If I wanted to take a wild guess I would say this is part of some freeway project. But I could be very wrong. I think I know where I am headed in the morning to see what is being built that direction.
