Went to check out a job site about 5 miles West of Downtown Los Angeles in Arlington Heights.
The apartment building is looking great. I thought these apartments were for Veterans but its for special needs. Walking around the insides they look great. ADA access for everything.
The main building from the street does stick out. It just looks so new compared to what's surrounding.
The grading along the street has raised planter boxes up against the building. This project went through a couple of changes as LID was changing during the plan check. Very last minute rush to finalize everything a little over a year ago before construction was started.
The driveway will be getting poured shortly. This street is also being widened eventually so the building is set back a bit more than typical.
The interior courtyard shows the back of the building. Not too much more to say until the project is more complete. Then I will post some before and after pictures of the raised planter boxes and more details.
