Commercial site development for Chevy Chase Country Club in Glendale. Initial assessment completed August 2014 with site conditions documented and drainage patterns analyzed. The project required comprehensive grading plans and hydrology report to address stormwater management across the larger commercial footprint.
Grading plans and drainage plans were developed to manage stormwater effectively across the site while meeting Glendale municipal requirements. The project was approved and construction completed in August 2017.
