Altadena Drainage Plan & Hydrology Report on East Palm Street

Single-family residential fire rebuild in Altadena following the Eaton Fire. Initial assessment completed August 2025 with existing site conditions documented and drainage patterns identified. Below-street-grade lots can sometimes drain by gravity, but this design drops the rear of the site below the rear neighbor's property to pool drainage on site, so a stormwater sump pump system was required. Drainage plans, hydrology report, sump pump design, and street plan submitted to LA County for review in September 2025.
