Altadena Grading & Erosion Control Plans on Punahou Street

Single-family residential fire rebuild in Altadena following the Eaton Fire. The project includes a single family house with an attached garage, attached ADU, detached ADU, and a pool on a lot that sits above the street level.

Grading plans and erosion control plans are being developed to manage the cut and fill across the lot, tie the new construction into the existing street frontage, and protect the site during construction. Street plans are also part of the scope to address any frontage improvements required by LA County.
