Project Type

Residential Remodel

Project Overview

Alto Cedro Drive in Beverly Hills. This project was a residential remodel where the main civil engineering scope involved designing a permeable paver motorcourt, retaining wall layout, and drainage for new impervious surfaces.

The rear of the property required a stormwater sump pump system. Roof downspouts in the rear were piped into the pump which outlets to a catch basin inside the property. From there, water gravity flows to the municipal storm drain system.

The front of the property features planter boxes and a permeable paver motorcourt that handles stormwater on-site. The overall result is a stunning front elevation that integrates the civil engineering drainage with the architectural design.

The project has since been built and is now complete.
