We were tasked with finding a clean driveway path so a car can drive up the driveway and turnaround in front of the house. The conditions are steep existing driveway and not much room.
We were tasked with finding a clean driveway path so a car can drive up the driveway and turnaround in front of the house. The conditions are steep existing driveway and not much room.
After running through a few options we landed on a design that minimized impacts to the existing grade and kept the driveway to 11% slope. A car can park in the turn around area and a trash truck can get out without having to back down the driveway. You may lose some of the existing retaining walls but that’s part of the scope of work we can show on a grading plan.
