Project Overview
Single-family residential fire rebuild in Altadena following the Eaton Fire. Second project on Wapello Street. Site presented challenges with downslope conditions, an existing pool to work around, and a tight grade requirement that resulted in a retaining wall along the property line. Drainage plans and hydrology report currently in development.

Design Process
The design process involved analyzing the downslope existing conditions and developing a proposed drainage pattern that works with the tight 2% grade, resulting in a retaining wall along the property line and two plastic lined rain gardens for on-site storm water management.
